SOLUTION Experiential Promotion Model

Answer. Then spin.

The gacha machine that attracts x the survey-gacha that measures.

The experience draws people in, and because you have to "answer to spin," attendee data flows in at nearly 100%. Foot traffic and data capture, from a single experience.

CHALLENGE / THE PROBLEM

Your promotion, foot traffic, and outreach -
do any of these sound familiar?

Whether it's a company's trade show or storefront, or a municipality's event or city-promotion campaign, the pain points are strikingly similar.

Awareness isn't spreading - it doesn't landAds, social, and newsletters alone fail to get your product, booth, or program noticed
You can't gather voices (data)Low response rates leave you short of evidence for improvement and impact measurement (EBPM / CPA)
You want more foot traffic, buzz, and salesTurn booth traffic, in-store visits, and event attendance into dwell time and purchases
You want to build fans and community tiesBroaden experiences of your brand or region to drive social posts and repeat visits
You want to get visitors and residents involvedYou lack a hook that gets people to take part on their own (even for disaster-preparedness and health outreach)
Solved by our combinationFoot traffic and data capture, bundled into a single experience.

Answer to spin. And because they answer, data flows in at nearly 100%.
That experience sparks repeat visits and word of mouth, and the crowd keeps coming.
TWO ENGINES / THE TWO DEVICES

GTCHA X = attract / ELP = measure

The virtuous cycle only takes off when the two devices - one for drawing a crowd, one for turning it into data - click into place together.

GTCHA X

= Attract

A crowd of visitors gathered around a digital-signage gacha machine
Digital signagePush campaign and event footage to every unit at once, remotely
Sound and background musicStop people in their tracks with audio, not just visuals
Original and local gachaTurn your own products or regional goods into prizes for brand experiences and social buzz
ELP

= Measure

Near-100% response rateThe answer is the "ticket in," so nothing slips through
Real-time tallyingSatisfaction, demographics, and free-text answers visualized automatically

PROOF / VALIDATION

At a Yokosuka City event, we proved a near-100% response rate.

Because the answer is the "ticket in," attendee voices are captured without a single one slipping through. This is real data from a municipal event.

Nearly 100%Survey response rate
80 responsesCollected in a single day
90%Satisfied with the stage (very + somewhat)
Overall stage satisfaction (80 responses). "Very satisfied" 72.5% + "Somewhat satisfied" 17.5% = about 90% satisfied.

At Yokosuka City's "Yokosuka Coast Performance," we collected 80 attendee surveys at a near-100% response rate. From attendee demographics to program satisfaction, everything was visualized with real data.

FAQ / COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How much real-world validation do you have?
We have proven the model at municipal events such as those in Yokosuka City. We collected attendee surveys at a near-100% response rate and visualized everything from satisfaction levels to attendee demographics. The specific data is published on our case study page.
Isn't the data you collect biased?
Because responses come from people who took part in the experience (the gacha), certain segments may be over- or under-represented. Depending on your goals, we propose survey design and complementary research to correct for this, and we guide you toward the right use for your purpose (we'll always be straight with you).
How should we think about cost-effectiveness?
We present it as a cost per response and per lead, compared against traditional methods like collecting business cards or exhibiting at a booth. We then propose the optimal plan for your goals and scale.
What areas do you serve, and how many machines can you provide?
We serve all of Japan (shipping billed separately). Gacha machines start from two units, and multi-location or large-scale rollouts are handled as fully custom projects.
